TUNJI OWOEYE

Chairman

Tunji Owoeye is a graduate of demography from University of Ife and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked with reputable organizations like Alalade & Co, Hygate Finance, Frontline Savings and Mortgage, where he was General Manager before he established and runs Elephant Group in 1994 which has branches in Benin Republic, Togo and Ghana. He is the chairman of Pyramid Construction Limited and the president of rice millers importers and Distributors Association of Nigeria (RIMIDAN). He has brought his wealth of experience to the business and has contributed immensely to the growth of the organization.

ABIDEMI AKINDIJI

Director

Abidemi Akindiji is a graduate of Zoology from the university of lagos. In 1993 he started his career with Sotro Nigeria limited as a marketing executive and rose to be the head of the marketing department, before moving to Tedzacchary associates nig ltd in 2006 as the head of their sales department. In 2008 he moved to Cruise Energy as the head of their Business Development unit with direct responsibility for also overseeing their insurance placements, where he was till 2010 when he decided to come and run Fobs insurance brokers limited now known as Blossom Fobs Heritage Insurance Brokers as the chief executive officer. He is a co owner and has managed the company successfully building it to the company it has become today.

FOLASHADE OLASUMBO ABIDEMI-AKINDIJI

Chief Operating Officer

Folashade Olasumbo Abidemi-Akindiji is a graduate of Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University ,Ile-Ife.She is a member of the chartered insurance institute, London, a member of the institute of Marketing, London and a member of the institute of Marketing, Nigeria. Her professional career started with International Standard Insurance Company in 1994 where she worked in their Marketing Department before joining Standard Alliance Insurance Plc in 1998 where she spent 8years .In her 8 years at Standard Alliance, she rose from officer to Head financial institutions and then to Group Head Enterprise Marketing in 2002.In the same year she won best Marketer award while in 2004 her group won the best group of the year, in 2005,she was elevated to the position of Assistant General Manager and Head of Western Region. In 2007 ,she left for Integrated Capital Services, where she had a brief stint in the investment company as Regional Director, Lagos and West before joining Guardian Express Assurance Ltd (now Spring Life Insurance) in 2008 as Deputy General Manager, Corporate Business Development-a position she held till June 2009 before moving to Investments &Allied Assurance Plc. Where she worked briefly as the Divisional Director before joining Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc. In December 2009 as Deputy General Manager Business Development until July 2012 when she left to join Fobs insurance Brokers as executive Director client services/Marketing and is currently the chief operating officer. She is one of the owners of fobs insurance brokers now known as Blossom Fobs Heritage Insurance brokers Ltd . She restructured the company expanded the customer base and oversees the day to day running of the business. She ensures clients are properly serviced and all their needs are met promptly.

IYIOLA OLAYINKA

Executive Director Operations

Iyiola Olayinka is a graduate of insurance from the Polytechnic Ibadan with over 23years of core underwriting experience. He is also holds a Bachelor degree in Law. Olayinka has experience in both life and general business insurance and has brought his experience to bear as the Executive Director Operations in Blossom Fobs Heritage Insurance brokers He is a chartered insurer and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and London respectively. He oversees the operation/technical department of the company.

HON. PAM BOT-MANG

Non Executive Director

Pam Bot-Mang, is the Managing Director/CEO of Platinum Shipping and Sapphire Shipping Limited. He is a graduate of Management and Law from University of London and also a graduate of Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria and a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He has been able to veer into the turbulent waters of the maritime industry with a clear and steady focus. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has years of experience in shipping agency with the better part in top management positions. He was the chairman of the board of trustees of the Indigenous Shipping Agents and Operators Association of Nigeria (ISAON).

OLUSHOLA OYE-EFUWAPE

Group Head Finance and Admin

OLUSHOLA Oye-Efuwape holds an HND in accountancy from kwara state polytechnic Ilorin. She has over 17 years of experience in audit and finance and has brought her wealth of experience into the company ensuring that all the business processes are adhered to and the company complies with all regulatory requirements. She is diligent with high level of integrity.
